New two-way data exchange keeps customers, products, and invoices in sync between Paladin™ and QuickBooks® Online
STRATFORD-UPON-AVON, UK — August 14, 2026 — Conceptual Systems today announced a new integration between its Paladin™ ERP platform and Intuit®’s QuickBooks® Online accounting software, giving customers a direct, two-way data exchange between their operations and accounting systems. The integration is available now to all Paladin™ customers and reflects Conceptual Systems’ long-standing history of building Paladin™ to work alongside Intuit®’s QuickBooks® products.
The integration automatically synchronizes customer records, product data, and invoices between Paladin™ and QuickBooks® Online in both directions. A new customer added in Paladin™ appears in QuickBooks® Online without re-entry; a product update, or invoice created carries over automatically. The result is a single, consistent source of truth across operations and finance.
For businesses running Paladin™ alongside QuickBooks® Online, the integration is designed to eliminate duplicate data entry, reduce reconciliation errors, and give finance teams a real-time, accurate view of the business as orders and transactions move through the system.
