We are please to welcome Chris Lloyd to the Conceptual Systems’ team. Chris brings a wealth of experience in customer support and service delivery to the team and will help us in meeting and exceeding our customer’s support and maintenance expectations.
Having started work in 1984 within the diemaking industry as a CAD operator for Lasercomb Dies in the UK, Chris subsequently worked extensively with ArtiosCAD in a support, training, and pre-sales capacity. With this experience a move to Kongsberg UK provided further opportunities to gain knowledge and skills within the industry providing services to customers across the globe. Chris then had a change in direction spending several years working in IT services delivery and deployment for a large UK based animal welfare charity.
Chris’ initial responsibilities will be in reviewing service desk tickets, getting to know our customers, responding to customer enquiries and problems, and getting to know the product and service portfolio.
